Liquid alkaline cleaning agent for application in the food industry.

Used for all alkaline cleaning of the process equipments in the food industry. It is successfully applied in automatic cleaning of glass bottles in bottling plants and in the oil production industry. It is also used for cleaning of process equipment (CIP and circular cleaning procedures) as well as in various other industries.

Proper dispersion and emulsification of fat is made possible by the combination of sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide, increasing solubility as well as protecting materials from corrosion. The contained sequestrants are complexed with heavy metals, prevent redeposition of impurities and facilitate easy removal of heavy metals. The pure water solution of Specijal LT - KOH does not foam, however due to the oversaturation of the solution by impurities, foam may occur and it can be contained by using Specijal DLA.
